<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5019/5485883456_3a1c464863_b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="429" src="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5019/5485883456_3a1c464863_b.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br />Hey Guys<br /><br />So, back to the roots of an awesome automotive brand: Porsche.<br />The 356 was the first model Ferdinand "Ferry" Porsche created in 1948 in Gmünd, Austria (Because of the 2nd World War they were in Austria). They built approximately 50 examples. Two years later, in 1950 the factory moved to Zuffenhausen, Germany. They continued the building untill 1965. There are guesses that about the half of the 76,000 produced 356 are still alive.<br />The design was by Erwin Komeda, employee at Porsche in those days, the rest like engine, suspension and the chassi were from Volkswagen.
